Once dispatched, your Wahida order will be delivered anywhere in the UAE within 1 to 2 working days.

Refund and Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping  at Wahida. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and want you completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our guidelines and procedures for processing refunds and replacements. By purchasing on our website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

Replacement Eligibility

Product Eligibility
As a responsible company, wahida ensures that the product is received by the customer in its original condition and is not incorrect, broken, or faulty. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.

Timeframe
Wahida will address all complaints received within 30 days of delivery.

• Requests for a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery will be processed free of cost.
• After 7 days, certain charges may apply for the replacement.

Replacement Process

Initiation
To initiate a replacement, please share a video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team within the eligible timeframe. In many cases, the issue may be related to product usage, and our team can guide you on how to resolve it. If we determine that the product is indeed faulty, you may choose one of the following options:

Option A: Return and Replacement
We will ask you to ship the incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken product in its original packaging (Original Product Box and All Accessories) to our warehouse at the following address:

Within 5 working days of receiving the incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken product, we will ship the replacement to you free of charge.

Option B: Courier Replacement
We will schedule a replacement within 14 working days. Please pack the product (Original Product Box and All Accessories) for the courier to pick up and provide you with a replacement.

Note: We do not offer replacements for “change of mind.”
